Why Walk (or Run) for Pasco?

The Pasco for the People Walk-a-Thon and 5K is a community fundraiser to help elect Stephanie Vazquez to the Pasco County Commission and a show of support for protecting the Pasco we love.

Pasco is growing fast. The decisions being made right now about development, infrastructure, traffic, flooding, and land use will shape our county for decades. This walk brings neighbors together to say clearly that we want growth that protects our quality of life.

When you register, you are helping fund a people-powered campaign while sending a message that residents deserve a voice in Pasco’s future.

What Your Support Makes Possible

Electing Stephanie means putting a commissioner on the Pasco County Board of Commissioners who will fight for smart, responsible growth and insist that infrastructure keeps pace before expansion moves forward. It means leadership that works to protect neighborhoods from flooding and overcrowding, someone willing to say no when development does not serve residents, and transparent decision-making that puts families ahead of special interests.

This walk helps put that leadership in place. Every registration strengthens a grassroots campaign built by neighbors, not developers.
